Stephanie J. Johnson, PT, CKTP, CEO

​Stephanie is a 1998 graduate of the University of South Alabama. She became the owner of Compass PT (Eagle Rehab) in March 2013 after serving as the Chief Financial Officer since 2005 and now treats both orthopedic and pediatric populations. Prior to opening the Pediatric Physical Therapy program at Compass PT (Eagle Rehab) in 2007, she spent 10 years of intensive study of pediatric treatment with specialties in Sensory Integration, casting for orthotics and torticollis/plagoicephaly. Other treatment techniques she utilizes include, Postural Restoration, Myofascial Release, Handwriting Without Tears and Yoga & Pilates for the Special Needs Child. In 2010, Stephanie became a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. In addition, she spent three years teaching Evaluating and Effectively Treating Torticollis and Plagiocephaly nationally to pediatric allied health professionals for continuing education credit.  An online version of this course is now available at Abouttummytime.com. In the spring of 2011 she completed and published "The Truth About Tummy Time", A Parent's Guide To - SIDS, the back to sleep program, car seats and more.

Kate Bartley, PT

Kate is a 1992 graduate of Southwest Baptist University where she earned her degree in Physical Therapy.  She has extensive experience with the pediatric population specializing in gross motor development, sensory integration, and cerebral palsy as well as evaluating and implementing equipment needs including orthotics and casting.  Kate also has experience with the adult population with prior work in sports medicine and orthopedic injuries.  

Erin Sorg, LPTA

​Erin is the newest member of our team with 5 years of clinical experience having graduated from Calhoun Community College as an LPTA.  She has extensive experience with myofascial release as well as treating a variety of conditions in both the pediatric and adult populations.   Her background in gymnastics assists her in effective treatments for the athletes we see clinically.  She is gaining knowledge to utilize the PRI (Postural Restoration) technique our clinic is known for and has already begun treating the adult population with this effective treatment program.  

Joshua Arney, LPTA

​Josh graduated in 2007 with his LPTA degree from George C. Wallace College in Dothan, Alabama. Before beginning his career in therapy he served in the United States Army followed by working for the Emergency Medical Service in Dothan. Josh joined the Compass PT (Eagle Rehab) team in 2008. Also in 2008 he received his certification in the use of Low-Level Laser Therapy. He also uses the Postural Restoration Method with many of his clients.
Office Staff

Dana Holguin, Billing Manager

​Dana is our Billing Manager and has been with our team since 2006. She has over 10 years of office experience in a Physical Therapy setting. In which time, she has gained considerable knowledge of several different types of insurances and the requirements of each Individual policy. Dana keeps up to date with Medicare Policy updates and changes by attending Medicare approved CPT, Coding and Billing classes to make the most of your Physical Therapy experience while keeping your out of pocket costs at a minimum. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, scheduling or billing, give her a call. 

Jessica McDonald, Office Manager

After completing her certification in Business Administration at Virginia College, Jessica joined the Eagle Rehab team in 2010 working as office manager for the Huntsville location. In 2013 Jessica transferred to our Madison office where she and Dana have joined forces to ensure our practice runs smoothly while our patients’ needs are met with care from evaluation to graduation.

Lisa Spears, LMT

​Lisa has been providing massage therapy in Madison since 2005. She joined Compass PT (Eagle Rehab) in 2008. Her specialties include Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, she is also certified in Fibromyalgia massage. Lisa recognizes that no two people are the same; therefore she tailors her massage techniques to each individual’s needs
