Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is used to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It is the general massage system that focuses on increasing circulation and promoting relaxation.

Deep Tissue
A technique – consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It will noticeably loosen muscles, alleviate pain, and increase mobility. However, Deep Tissue massage is not for everyone. There can be mild to moderate discomfort during the massage as tight muscles are worked.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the applying of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. Sometimes massage and trigger point therapy are performed together.
